At Merlin it’s all about all the beautiful products from the sea. Everything is farm fresh. The oysters and seafood are all around you. The presentation is always perfect. Nevertheless, service is the most important thing for the experience of our guests.

You as Merlin’s head of ministry are the connector. You feel like a fish in water when the communication between management, service and the guest is perfect. You always think one step ahead and stress leaves you (almost completely) cold. You’re curious. You know the difference between cockles and clams or want to learn more about them. Moreover, with a broad smile you meet all kinds of people from different backgrounds and from different cultures.

You are ultimately responsible. With the right management you lift the team and the quality of the service to a higher level! You are ‘first in line’ and an example for your colleagues. In a consultation you also know exactly what is going on and what is needed.

You guarantee the quality of service and advice to guests in all phases in the restaurant and shop.

What we ask of you

  • You are flexible: you are fine working evening and weekend shifts;
  • You live in Eindhoven or surroundings;
  • You speak and understand Dutch and English well;
  • You are hospitable and guest-oriented;
  • You are motivated, eager to learn and you are always looking forward to it;
  • Catering experience and product knowledge (wine, fish) are an absolute must.

Met pijn in ons hart hebben wij helaas de deuren van Merlin moeten sluiten.
